Saturday Run

I tried to upload a pic but am unable to do so from an iPad. I will try asking someone tomorrow. On Saturday I went out for a run on the San Francisco Bay Trail. This time I tried a different route, and what a lovely place of trails and treasures! It was a bit hot by the time I got there around 9am, but I had taken the car to be washed first, so it was a bit late when I started out. It was already 30*C,but I managed a very nice little run for the most part. I stopped to take some pics, and watch the planes coming into SF airport. I don't have much else to report, but I did have a good time. I have not been out again, notwithstanding my good intentions, as I have had some not very good news this week. Anyway, things are starting to look up, as of today, so maybe tomorrow.........

    I'm always happy when I see a post from you. The San Francisco Bay trails are waiting for me...:) I know so many people that run there. I hope all is well after the bad news. Take care Natalia.

    E' molto importante cercare nuovi percorsi e scoprirne sempre più belli, anche il lato psicologico del runner va gestito alla grande.

    Spero che le notizie non molto buone non siano .... troppo brutte.
    Con 30° non si corre molto bene ma sono sicuro che la bellezza del trail ti abbia aiutata a finire alla grande l'allenamento.
