That's the way I like it.......

Yes!  that's the way aha aha I like it aha aha.......it's like KC said.  I had a rave run today.  Did a 2 mile warm up, then 6 hill sprints, and a mile and a half cool down run.  This may not have been my fastest run, but the stars aligned and it was a good quality training session.  Even though my legs felt like jelly after the sprints, as I started running again, they felt ok, and I felt fine.  I also had 2 Tony Manero moments.
I love Saturday Night Fever.  I have probably seen that movie 20 times in English, Italian (La Febbre del Sabato Sera) and French ( La Fievre du Samedi Soir).  Indeed, I bought the record at Stigmate in Geneva.....they kept an eye out for it for a year, before they finally came across a copy.
Anyway the point is, I run through a neighbourhood that is full of Catholic churches.  There are parents bringing their children to catechism and so on.  So today, whilst doing the repeats, a very elderly man came out.  He had a walking stick, and ambled to the house next door to his.  As I passed, I greeted him, and he greeted back, commenting on the rain.  It was then that I had a look at him.  He was wearing a large gold crucifix around his neck, prominently displayed.  His gestures and demeanour would make him a brilliant cameo in any movie.  I almost expected to hear a voice say, "action".
The next Tony Manero moment came as I neared the Italian pizzeria.  As I ran past some young girls, a car was pulling up.  The window was down and the guy looking out, just looked so Italian.  I know what I mean - it was not like being in Italy, but it did seem very Italo-American ala Tony.  I will collect more data, and provide a better analysis, but this will have to do for now.
Well, tomorrow has a 4 mile run on the cards, and I am looking foward to it!  Now I am off to do a little dance before bedtime.
